If you upload guest names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, or seating information, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use that information in connection with your event planning.

6. Retention

Data may be retained for the duration of your active plan and any applicable archive/grace period. After a paid plan term ends, your site or data may be archived, limited, or removed according to the product policy in effect at that time.
