All toggles and access controls in one place. Changes take effect immediately after saving.

Enable RSVP page Guests can log in and submit their RSVP. Turn off to close RSVPs.

Enable shuttle question on RSVP Asks guests if they need shuttle transportation when they RSVP.

Enable Wedding Day Memories Guests can upload photos and videos on the wedding day via the guest portal.

Enable RSVP login hints Shows a subtle hint after failed login attempts to help guests find their name.

Hint appears after how many failed attempts

Lock public site with a password All guests must enter this password before viewing any page. Turn off to make the site open.

Guest site password Share this with invited guests only.

Session duration (hours) How long a guest stays logged in before being asked again.

Planner admin passcode Used to log into the planner dashboard. Keep this private and memorable.

Up to 3 meal options shown to guests during RSVP. Leave blank to hide meal selection entirely.
