BigDayHQ provides wedding planning software, websites, tools, messaging workflows, and related digital services. The service is intended to help organize wedding information, but it is not a substitute for your own review, backups, confirmations, or event management judgment.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BigDayHQ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, uptime, message delivery, printing timelines, third-party integrations, or protection from all data loss, outages, or failures.
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and final verification of your own event information, including guest lists, schedules, seating assignments, addresses, RSVP details, vendor details, print content, and communications. You are also responsible for maintaining your own backups or exports of any critical wedding or business information.
Paid couple plans include up to 2 years of access from the applicable purchase date unless a different term is stated in writing. After the access term ends, your site may expire, be archived, be downgraded, or require renewal according to the product policy in effect at that time.
Some features may depend on third-party services, including but not limited to Stripe, Resend, Twilio, Gelato, Spotify, hosting providers, and domain/network providers. BigDayHQ is not responsible for failures, delays, downtime, or policy changes caused by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigDayHQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business/event losses, including missed messages, printing issues, schedule errors, RSVP issues, data loss, vendor misunderstandings, or wedding-day disruptions arising from use of the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, setup links, and any access tokens or passwords associated with your site.
BigDayHQ may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
