Add guests individually or import via CSV. Each guest belongs to a party (household). Guests RSVP through the public RSVP page — responses are tracked per guest. You can view all responses in the Guest Report and manage guests in Manage Guests.

Create optional events (golf outings, rehearsal dinners, etc.) in Special Events Admin. Assign specific guests to each event. Guests respond through their Guest Portal. Enable/disable events for guests using the toggle on each event card. The Planner Event Reports section shows who accepted, declined, or is pending.

Set your total budget, create spending categories, then log individual expenses against each category. The tracker shows allocated vs. spent per category with over-budget alerts. Expenses from the Wedding Roadmap also feed into the budget tracker.

The roadmap shows a curated checklist of planning milestones organized by months before the wedding. Check off items as you complete them. Many roadmap items link directly to the relevant planner page and can log budget expenses.

Guests can submit photos and video messages on the Wedding Day page. Enable this feature in Wedding Day Admin. The planner can run a slideshow, delete submissions, and control guest access.

Add registry links (Amazon, Zola, Crate & Barrel, etc.) with display names and URLs. Guests see these on the public Registry page. You can set a cover photo for the registry page and control which registries are visible.

All data is stored on the server (Render persistent disk) and synced to your browser. Use Debug & Data Repair to download a full backup as JSON, or restore from a previous backup file. It is good practice to export a backup before major changes.

If data appears missing, visit Debug & Data Repair and use the sync/repair tools. Data saves to the server and localStorage simultaneously — if the server is unreachable, data stays in localStorage until reconnected. Guest names not showing? Make sure guests are imported and RSVPs are linked to the correct party.
