Planner Help Hub
Use this as the operating manual for the current planner build
The help library has been refreshed around the current current planner flow, combined Invitation Studio, Envelope Studio, Theme Studio, guest access behavior, messaging, and recovery model. It is meant to explain how the couple/planner should use the product without showing internal support-only details.

Couple-safe guidance
Updated workflows
Recommended path for a new couple
- Start with Site Settings and confirm the wedding date, RSVP mode, guest portal behavior, and enabled modules.
- Use Main Page, Event Details, Travel & Lodging, Registry, and Theme Studio to finish the public guest site.
- Build or import the guest list, clean households, then test RSVP as a guest before sending links or printed cards.
- Use Invitation Studio, Envelope Studio, QR, or SMS only after the guest list is clean enough to trust.
- As the wedding gets closer, move into seating, reporting, music, notifications, and day-of media.
Most-used guides
What changed in this help refresh
| Update | Meaning |
| Invitation Studio | Replaces the older separate Save the Date and RSVP Card Studio guidance with one combined design, email delivery, export, and tracker workflow. |
| Envelope Studio | Adds guidance for address review, printable envelopes, missing-address handling, and CSV/mail-merge exports. |
| Theme Studio | Explains the newer public-page theme behavior, including readable light/dark contrast and preview expectations across home, registry, story, details, and guest pages. |
| Guest portal modes | Clarifies RSVP open/pending/closed, wedding week/day behavior, and when guest sections become read-only. |
| Support escalation | Troubleshooting stays couple/planner-safe, with a clear path to open a support ticket when needed. |
Simple support rule
Do this firstWhen a page looks wrong, check Site Settings, guest data, and the public preview before assuming something is broken. Most planner-side confusion starts with stale guest records, mismatched site mode, or a setting that has not been saved.
