Table Seating Help

Table Seating

Turn RSVP data into table assignments

Table Seating helps place attending guests at tables and supports reports/posters built from those assignments. It should be used after RSVP data is reasonably stable.

Recommended timing

  1. Wait until most RSVPs are in.
  2. Use reports to identify attending guests and meal counts.
  3. Create table sizes based on venue layout.
  4. Assign guests by household/relationship where appropriate.
  5. Generate seating reports and table poster only after the final review.
