Collect, review, and export song requests

DJ & Music lets guests request songs and lets the planner decide what stays on the Keep list. The couple should use it as a review queue, not an automatic final playlist.

Guest/request flow

Guests access music requests only after RSVP when the module is enabled.
Guests submit song title, artist, and optional notes/Spotify link.
Planner reviews requests in DJ Music admin.
Planner marks songs to Keep, reject, or follow up.
Export/share the final list for DJ or Spotify workflow.

Spotify guidance

Area	Guidance
Track URL present	Use the provided Spotify track link when valid.
Missing Spotify URL	Search by song title and artist before export if Spotify integration is enabled.
Connected Spotify account	Connect the Spotify account that should own the playlist when playlist export is available.
Playlist output	Name playlist from the couple/site and return a shareable playlist URL.

Before exporting

Clean duplicates.
Verify explicit/inappropriate songs if needed.
Separate must-play from guest suggestions.
Confirm song and artist spelling.
Test playlist creation with a small song list before relying on it for the final wedding playlist.

Common issues

Issue	Check
Songs do not appear in Spotify playlist	Reconnect Spotify if needed, then try the export again. If songs still do not appear, open a support ticket with a few example song names.
Guest song request visible too early	Confirm RSVP-gated access.
Stats take too much page space	Use compact stats layout in the admin page.
Bad/missing artist	Manually correct before export.
