Event Details covers ceremony, reception, timeline, location notes, Q&A, and any uploaded detail-page photo. It should answer the questions guests would otherwise text the couple about.

Writing guidance

  • Write for guests, not for the planner.
  • Use short sections and concrete times.
  • If something might change, say where guests should look for updates.
  • Avoid overloading the public page with internal planning notes.

Before publishing

  1. Save event details.
  2. Refresh and confirm content persists.
  3. Preview details.html, otherdetails.html, and qa.html if they are all enabled.
  4. Check mobile spacing and theme contrast.

Photo rule

Use the normal photo upload
Detail-page photos should be added with the page upload button. Avoid pasting large image files into text boxes, because that can make the site slow or unstable.
