- Review Gift Tracker first.
- Choose design and message style.
- Use guest/gift data to personalize card text.
- Save drafts before exporting or printing.
- Update printed/mailed/completed status after physical follow-up.
Design guidance
- Condense the Card Design section so controls do not take excessive vertical space.
- Keep text legible and avoid overcomplicated card layouts.
- Use one strong photo or simple design rather than crowding the card.
- Check Save Draft behavior before doing a large batch.

Before printing
Proof firstSend or print one test card before batch printing. Check names, gift references, spelling, and photo crop.
