Keep guest travel choices simple

Travel & Lodging should help guests choose from available hotel or travel options without burying them in planner-only detail. The current guest portal should focus on actual hotel choices and concise instructions.

Guest portal behavior

  • Show the hotel choices clearly and compactly.
  • Remove extra non-choice sections from the guest lodging tab when they do not help the guest decide.
  • When RSVP/portal changes are closed, show lodging selection as a read-only summary and tell guests to contact the couple for changes.

Before sending guests here

  1. Enter only active lodging options.
  2. Remove placeholders and old test hotels.
  3. Test from a guest account.
  4. Confirm lodging report matches guest choices.
