Wedding Day Media

Collect guest photos and videos at the right time

Wedding Day Media lets guests upload photos/videos during or after the event. It should be hidden until the planner intentionally opens it and should be available only to guests who have RSVP’d where that rule is enabled.

Photo uploads Video uploads Admin review RSVP-gated

Recommended workflow

  1. Keep Wedding Day Media off during early planning.
  2. Turn it on from admin/settings when the wedding day or wedding week starts.
  3. Make sure guests can find it from their guest page after RSVP.
  4. Review uploaded media in Wedding Day Media admin.
  5. Export/download or move approved media to the final photo workflow later.

Guest display rules

  • Guest can upload only when media is enabled.
  • Guest media should be hidden before RSVP if RSVP-gated behavior is active.
  • Guests should not be sent into a nested home-page loop from the media page.
  • Guest preview thumbnails should be reasonably sized: photos smaller and videos more compact.

Storage guidance

Watch disk usage
Photos and videos can use storage quickly. Remove unneeded test uploads and use the normal upload tools instead of placing large files into text fields.
