Best workflow
- Confirm guest/table data before creating seating posters.
- Choose poster size such as 12x36 or the target print-shop size.
- Keep names readable from several feet away.
- Export a PDF and visually inspect before ordering.
- Send final file to the print company only after checking spelling and table assignments.
Design guidance
- Avoid tiny fonts on table boards.
- Use high-contrast text.
- Do not cram too many decorative elements into signs that need to be read quickly.
- For QR signs, include a short text URL or instruction in case scanning fails.
Data dependency
Seating firstTable assignment posters are only as accurate as the seating data. Finalize or lock seating before generating the final poster.
