Envelope Studio is for mail-merged envelopes and address-review workflows. It should help planners identify missing addresses, print clean envelopes, and export CSV files for Word/Office mail merge or a print shop.

Core workflow

  1. Open Envelope Studio after Manage Guests has clean household and mailing data.
  2. Choose envelope size/layout.
  3. Enter or confirm return address.
  4. Review guests missing mailing addresses.
  5. Choose whether to exclude missing-address guests or print placeholder/name-only envelopes.
  6. Generate print-ready envelope PDF or export CSV for Word/Office/mail-merge use.

Printing guidance

  • Use a test sheet/envelope before printing a full batch.
  • Confirm printer margins and selected envelope size.
  • Keep the BigDayHQ logo small and crisp if used.
  • Export CSV when a print shop, Canva/Snapfish-style workflow, or Office mail merge is the better path.
