First checks
- Hard refresh the page.
- Confirm you are working in the correct wedding site from the planner dashboard.
- Save the setting again, then refresh to confirm it persists.
- Check the source page for the data: Manage Guests, Site Settings, Theme Studio, or the module admin page.
- Test in a private/incognito window to rule out browser cache issues.
Common symptoms
| Symptom | Likely area |
| Value reverts after refresh | Saved changes issue; do not keep building on that value until it stays saved after refresh. |
| Guest data missing | Check that you are on the correct couple site, then review Manage Guests before saving anything else. |
| Theme looks inconsistent | Check Theme Studio and public pages together. |
| Planner page looks like wrong package | Check the selected package in the planner/admin area and avoid saving over a page that looks empty or incorrect. |
| Upload creates memory/performance issues | Use the normal upload buttons for photos and media instead of pasting large files into text fields. |
When to pause and contact support
- Before risky data cleanup.
- Before making repeated saves while the site appears empty, wrong, or incomplete.
- Before bulk guest import or deletion.
- Before trying to fix package or site-display problems repeatedly.
Escalation rule
Stop before overwritingIf the active site suddenly shows no guests, the wrong package, or missing users after a restore or support action, stop making changes and open a support ticket before saving over the bad view.
