Print Orders and Print Tracker help planners manage production after a card, envelope, poster, or sign is designed. These pages are for ordering, tracking, and auditing what has already been sent to print.

Before placing an order
- Open the exported PDF or image file locally.
- Check size, bleed/margins, spelling, and guest-specific data.
- Confirm quantity.
- Confirm shipping address and timeline.
- Place a small test order when practical before a full batch.
Tracker statuses
| Status | Meaning |
| Draft/designing | The file is not ready to order. |
| Ready to order | Design is approved but not submitted. |
| Ordered | Submitted to production/vendor. |
| In production | Vendor is processing/printing. |
| Shipped | The order has shipped. |
| Delivered | Planner/couple received the order. |
| Issue/hold | Needs follow-up before relying on it. |

Practical rule
Print is unforgivingOnce printed, bad data becomes expensive. Always test guest names, addresses, QR codes, and theme contrast before production.
